From the front end of the sales experience through to Miguel and team installing the product it was a smooth process. They delivered in their promise. Great product and great service.
Miguel's crew replaced 13 windows. They were very conscientious and meticulous. They removed and rehung all blinds and curtains. They cleaned up after themselves 100%. We are very happy with the product and the installation crew.

We had all the old windows in our house replaced and chose Desert King Windows to do that. The whole experience, from start to finish, was excellent. Mauricio, the sales person was completely helpful, and even helped with applying for the local utility energy rebate after the project was done. Jonathan, who oversaw the process, was available and always responded to our requests. Jose and his installation team were wonderful. Having four people in our house and living through a construction zone could have been much worse. This team was quiet, respectful, friendly, and they tried, and most often succeeded to accommodate any preference and request we had. They made it easy to put up with the disruption. I already have referred Desert King to a relative who might update some of her windows.

We recently had all new windows, along with our back door, installed on our house over the course of two days. Jason and his crew from Desert King were wonderful! Jason was very communicative and friendly in all his correspondence, and the entire crew was very nice and pleasant the entire time they were in our home. We even had a slight miscommunication in our process, but Jason was amazing at helping us get it all figured out and sorted quickly. They were professional, on time, and very helpful through the entire process. Our windows look absolutely amazing, with the trim and caulking look wonderful - we hardly needed any paint touch ups afterwards. They even did a great job keeping our home clean through the whole process - I was definitely expecting more of a dusty mess at the end of each day, but there wasn't much at all! We are very happy to have had Jason and his crew working on our home and are incredibly pleased with the quality of our new Desert King windows!

Jason and his partner Drew got here right on time at 7 am. They took our blinds down and installed our new windows so quick. Cleaned everything up and reinstalled the blinds. My new windows are beautiful. I highly recommend Desert King Windows.
Replaced 4 windows on the front of my house. Process was very easy from initial consultation to measurements to installation. Mike and Cindy were our installers and they did a great job. Desert King was not the cheapest option, but they were the most up-front, least pressure outfit to quote my project.
If you want windows installed by high quality professionals, you need to go to Desert King Windows. We had three large windows that needed to be replaced due to manufacturer defect and I was told that the windowsills and walls would be left in paint ready condition. The install crew consisted of only two people. But that was all that was needed! Mike and Cindy removed our old defective windows and replaced them with such care and thoroughness that there was not one even one mark or nick. PHENOMENAL INSTALL!!! Way to go, Mike and Cindy!!! You’re amazing professionals, and we truly enjoyed your pleasant and friendly demeanor while you were working.
Dallas was great and Miguel’s install crew was amazing! The windows and door look fantastic and they were hardworking and dillegent!
