Beautiful windows exceeded my expectations. Jose and Alonzo were terrific very friendly obviously skilled at this work and they were nice to my doggy.
A big shout out to Desert King Windows. This family owned business providing efficient service, a great value product with a focus on customer service, did an amazing window installation in our home. From the salesperson (Dallas), to the technician (Jonathan) and to the dynamic duo (Justin & his co-worker), we could not fault their professionalism, honesty and their genuine appreciation and respect for their customers. We have used Desert King Windows before (about 9 years ago) when the father owned the company. His son, Jayson Shortt, has carried on his father's work ethic and has continued to build the business with a value driven product, valuing their employees, and a huge focus on exceptional customer service. From order to installation, we were kept well informed and what was promised was delivered. Their service, honesty and communications exceeded our expectations. My experience with this company was as good as can be expected. From the initial consultation up to now (post install), the communication has been clear and straightforward. Met with Don in late Oct while shopping companies for the job. We went with Desert King and signed in November. December was manufacturing of all the house windows and sliding door. Installation was scheduled in January. Installation time quote was 2 days. Justin and Shane (install duo) showed up on time, communicated the job clearly, and finished the job according to the timeframe. All three members that I had met were professional, courteous, and considerate as they worked on my home. I'm currently painting the caulking and repaired stucco (which I was made aware of from the beginning) to finish the process outlined by the warranty. Very happy with the quality of the product, the install, and the service. I'd like to see how these windows affect how the home feels in the summer considering they have replaced a set of 20+ year old windows. Thanks to the team, and the work provided.
The techs did a wonderful job on the windows. There was a bit of trouble with the screen door, but overall they were all professional and courteous. I’m happy with the results.

We are very pleased with our new replacement windows from Desert King Windows. From our first contact with salesperson, Dallas Totra, to final installation, everything went as planned. Duo who was installing our new patio doors were Cindy &Mike. Very flexible with the schedule,they are polite, professional and will treat you and your household with respect. Mike is an expert in his job and installation was smooth and detailed. Dallas was our salesman and he was super helpful with all documentation and communication.
I had a deck sliding door and decorative window above door replaced. Installation was a 3-4 steps/ days process since this was a pop out with stucco around. The actual door and window installers were fantastic, clean and efficient. The foam and metal grid not so clean but I called and the stucco person following fixed and did the stucco first coat and stucco second coat. He will be also doing the matching painting and he is doing a professional work. I’m planning to change all my house windows with Desert King. This sliding door was the test and Desert King passed the test. I’ll keep you posted with the rest of the house.
Justin Jackson was at our house today making some repairs and adjustments on our security door. Justin is an outstanding person. He is so professional, caring, kind, and understanding. He is empathetic and truly cares about helping to resolve the situation with our dour. He is very respectful of our property and made sure to clean the area where he was working completely. He has a tremendous work ethic and doesn’t stop until he achieves his goal and completes his mission.He did an amazing job. We feel so very blessed to have such a stand up and accountable guy like Justin come to our home. Thank you Justin. You’re wonderful.
Great service with desert king Windows. It all started with enthusiastic Mauricio who helped all the way through to obtaining the SRP rebate. Originally I only wanted to replace three bad windows (25 years old) and found out that compared to other companies adding just a little bit more I was able to get the entire house replaced including the sliding door. They had the best warranty. Jose and the crew were very friendly in detailed oriented they were able to remove and put back blinds and shutters(Lowe's would not touch). They kept everything clean. After they were installed there is now more light since there are no shade screens. My blinds are partially open instead of living in a dark cave. I compared prices of similar temperatures and found out that I was saving on average 96 cents per day. I actually had to increase the temperature by 2° since it was so cold. In November instead of getting an increase at SRP, I actually got $23 savings per month. Inside it is now quieter without hearing the AC going on and off and the cars driving down the street. The only issue I had was with Jonathan it was obvious that he was not listening to my reply messages since he kept repeating the same monotone messages. When he arrived he had visitors in front of him and asked if I would not mind. (other companies usually call the day before out of respect) I was also shocked that he opened my closed wooden blinds when they were still vertical. I was surprised that somebody in the window company would not realize that can alter or affect the mechanism. He didn't seem to care because their company is not responsible for any damages. Sealed windows make all of the difference. With the cooler weather I am now enjoying being able to open and close them to get fresh air. Thank you Mauricio for getting this process started.

I have used Desert King Windows once before and again they have installed another set of beautiful quality windows and slide door with expertise and professionalism. Derrick, James, and supervisor Jonathan worked together non- stop as a team with workmanship, cleanliness pride,and courtesy continually keeping home owners informed what's needs to be done if needed in there work,this is what make for a great company their employees, Quality,and price. Door will doggie opening worked just fine. My dog took only 1 day to get used to it Installers did a nice job.. All went well…
I had four windows and a sliding glass door installed today. Mike and Cindy were the installers and what great representatives of the Desert King customer service model they are they were methodical. They did quality work. They cleaned up as they went. I could not be happier.

With other choices I had, I am so glad I went with Desert King Windows! The windows are actually beautiful, quite the change from the old ones! We hired Desert King to replace the windows in our condo. They did a great job! They were on time, got done in two days, kept everything clean. The windows and slider were custom fit and at a fair price.

We were so pleased with the work that Dereck and James did for us . They were very professional , communicate when they were arriving , very detailed in their work . For their integrity doing the work I give them an A+. I highly recommend them . The widows are beautiful and really cut down on the heat coming in and also the noise .
