Everything went smoothly but somehow our door stop got lost they may have threw it out by accident it was a antique hope they found it but didn't hear anything from them
Desert King Windows did a great job replacing our 20-year-old windows. They were clean, courteous, on time and did excellent work.
Desert King installed 5 windows. The whole process from selection (shoutout to Dallas!) to installation was easy. The installation team of Mike & Cindy went above and beyond to insure that the finished product looked amazing!

Had a great experience with this company and look forward to using them again. We had a back sliding door installed and from the selection of product to the installation screw, we were very satisfied with everything. Mike and Cindy did our install and they were so great to work with, very personable and friendly! The door is everything we wanted it to be and slides so nicely! Definitely a quality product.

Great product and service
From Don (the salesman) to Justin (the measuring guy) to Mike and Cindy (the installers), service was spectacular. I never felt as though Don was trying to sell me something; he was more of a consultant and was very responsive. Justin was courteous, careful in his measuring, completely professional, and arrived on time. But I really need to give special praise for Mike and Cindy, the installers of my new door. I can see that, in every way, they are perfectionists! And such downright nice people. At the end of the job, which I could tell was NOT an easy job like-for-like replacement, there was apparently some dust on the floor that I didn't see -- but Cindy did. She was wiping up what I hadn't even seen! They both did such a great job -- and I'm so grateful. - Tim Ward
Desert King is a no BS company, very professional from the start to finish. Sales team at your home, clearly trained and knowledgeable. Second visit Measurements for build,( couldn't be a better fit). answered all question before install. Install crew what a great husband and wife team very professional. Enclosed Back Patio Quick background - We have had a screened-in patio since moving into our house in 1983. In 2001, we replaced much of the wood and installed a 28” slab wall. My wife fabricated the screens. The last improvement was made in 2011, when we had heavy screens fabricated with eyelets and attached them with cap screws. After all these years, we decided to make this a functional room year-round instead of Mar – May/Oct – Dec. As we know, it is always easier to build new than to reconstruct. It’s a 200 sq. ft. space with good wood, foundation, etc. We went out for three quotes, including Desert King Windows, which we had replaced all our windows with back in 2010. They came in as the best price, but what was most appealing was how straightforward it all was. It was not a simple project. We required to not have any wood showing other than the very top. It was explained how they would foil wrap the beams and ledge. We were given options for the windows and doors with no price haggling. Since they were our last quote, we were satisfied to advise on the spot that we wanted them to do the project. Days later, Johnny came over for exact measurements, to engineer the project in terms of how many windows, which beams would be removed/moved, exactly how the foil would be placed and installed, and the like. A few days after that, the owner, Jayson, came by with Johnny and the sales rep, Don, to give a final look over and to make sure we were “all on the same page” before the order was submitted for fabrication. The project was scheduled for 6-8 weeks, which occurred. It was expected to take three days, but the crew led by Jose finished it up in two long days. My wife, who has had a complete bathroom remodel redone, was extremely happy (this was her ideal and project), which is telling. I have attached before (after the screens were removed) and after pics, which show the transformation. Oh – and to be able to use this year-round – we added a mini split, and thus far, with the type of windows and doors, it hardly needs to run to keep it cool. Yes, we still have the real summer to evaluate it out.
Jason and his crew were unbelievable team. Worked professionally, great customer service and even put personal items back. They were on time and walked me through everything that they were going to do. Desert king with Jasons the way to go!! Great job

Though it took a while to get the door and it wasn’t exactly what we ordered, Desert King made it right and ensured our satisfaction. Also the installers Mike and Cindy were very friendly and did a great job!
I am very happy with my new windows and doors Desert King did a great job. Justin & Jesse's crew were very thorough. They were great during the installation and left the house and yard very clean. Overall, it was a great experience with wonderful results.
Just want to share how much I love the windows. The shower window did have an issue with a small leak at the base to the outside windowsill. The person that they sent out was as good as you can get. His name was Toe. It didn't take him long to identify the problem and get a work order written up for an installer to come out and fix the problem. Great windows and great customer service.
